Как решил...
логи были пустыми, в итоге сложилось впечатление что он не
проверял ни чего...

Да все теперь хорошо, работает...
только вот теперь выдает
ClamAV update process started at Tue Sep 20 21:07:01 2005
WARNING: Your ClamAV installation is OUTDATED!
Но это уже не так напрягает...
чтобы узнать работает антивирусник или нет, пришлось включить
LogClean
LogVerbose
так что теперь спокоен
жаль что не проверяет RAR архивы
вылетает с руганью
RAR module failure
