Сначала надо бы определиться, БИБЛИОТЕКА нужна, или же
софтина/язык. В 99% случаев "библиотек", привычных для досом
пришибленных, на фек не надо.

Tcl/Tk, юзать canvas, не лениться считать. А может, и вовсе
будет достаточно gnuplot-а или другой аналогичной софтины.
