Будет работать.
я делал на карте TVCapture от Tekram
Она способна только принимать сигнал, так что хватило как раз на
видеокамеру.
Карта дружит с драйвером bttv
стоит не особо дорого около 1500р, не больше.
На вход идет обыкновенный видео сигнал.
что позволяет подключать любое устройство с TVOUT выходом
Если глазок выдаст такой сигнал, вы получите изображение
на мониторе.
