Для Pager(а) есть гейты SNPP, а вот для сотовых только через www,
что совсем не удобно.
в итоге у меня серваки на Пагере сидят.
Бывает тоже кривь, пропадают буквы или их не верная
интерпритация, но это перетерпеть можно.
Для SMS можно использовать mail, что предлагают Сотовые Компании,
но есть задержки и порой значительные.
Как видишь вариантов не очень много :), можно сказать что и нет.
