А что, к mysql прикладывается талмуд по дизайну реляционных баз данных
вместе с алгеброй кортежей и формами Бэкуса-Наура?
По моему мнению, "маска/биты/количество" - это основы семейства
IP-протоколов. Если человек решил начать есть админский хлеб, пусть будет
добр почитать "инструкцию к кофеварке".
P.S. А за gtkipcalc - большое человеческое спасибо, пойду смотреть.
