Сочувствую. В ASP 7.2 мне так и не удалось заставить работать эту карту.
Списал всё на свои кривые руки да и бросил.

Напишите прямо goldhead@altlinux.ru насчёт наличия драйверов для DVB-карт
в дистрибутивном ядре. Мне они просто не раз попадались на глаза во время
возни с src.rpm альтовского ядра, но проверить их было просто не на чем
;-)
