Прилепленное (sticky) на файлах изначально рекомендовало системе оставить
бинарник программы в памяти, даже если она уже никому не нужна.
это рудимент старых юниксов, сейчас игнорируется. На каталогах же, не дает
пользователю удалить файл, даже если у него есть права на запись в этот
каталог. Ставится на /tmp.
