У меня та же хрень (причем проверял дважды). Правильно определяется
и видиокарта, и монитор, менял только разрешение в сторону уменьшения.
После просмотра экраннной таблицы инсталятор зависал. Если не проверять,
все проходит нормально и нормально работает. Аналогичные неприятности
были с установкой сетевых параметров в 4.0.3. Сделал для себя вывод:
при установке ничего не менять, все настройки лучше делать в работающей
