Насколько я понял (если это не так,-- поправьте), речь идет о
защите от копирования не самой системы/программы, а файлов,
защищенных копирайтом (музыка, кино и т. п.). То есть, грубо
говоря, везде должен вставляться код для защиты от копирования
таких файлов.
Но даже если это так, от этого не легче. По идеологии free
software в свободную ОС не могут входить закрытые программы (а
защита, о которой идет речь, является сертифицированным (ха!
;-() черным ящиком с закрытым, естесственно, кодом). Таким
образом, система GNU/Linux автоматически становится вне закона в
USA.
Фактически, американцев заставят одеть своеобразные "намордники"
во время работы (в частности, за компьютером), чтобы они
ненароком ничего ни у кого не украли. Отвратительно!
