Кстати, "каждая п..." - это только Windows 9x.
Ни W2K ни Linux (если конечно не ставить lilo в mbr)
этого не делают.
А установка W'9x c System Commander-ом абсолютно не страшна.
В этом случае грузишься с его дискетки и делаешь
Enable/Update System Commander. И No problem!
(То же самое справедливо и для lilo установленного в mbr.)
