Собирать полноценный сервер для x86 становится все труднее и вряд ли
целесообразно.
Но есть довольно наполненный стартовый образ, выходящий раз в квартал:

Есть также (пока бета) https://www.altlinux.org/Альт_Образование_9 с
серверным вариантом установки.
