Вообще, сетевые ФС удобно монтировать при помощи autofs, которая
монтирует при попытке обращения. В частности, это хорошо на случай
если система стартовала а сетевая ФС недоступна. И, также, если
сетевая ФС станет недоступна, то если к ней в это время не было
обращений - она скорее всего окажется отмонтированной по таймауту.
