А разве при использовании Репликации, не все данные копируются? А сам
подобного не делал, но вроде samba обещалась к 4 версии обеспечить
полную совместимость в качестве Реплики. Да и насколько я помню MS
обещали доступ к своей базе по протоколу LDAP.
