Не обязательно. После отработки таймаута (если связь была оборвана),
сервер также может закрыть операции удаления, если настроен
соответствующим образом.
Это скорее правило, чем исключение, иначе любого далапщика можно было
бы "забомбить" тройкой-пятком сотен пустых писем :)
