Нет. По моему чайницкому пониманию, для каждого теста меряются
операции/сек. и делятся на фиксированное число операций/сек., принятое
за единицу измерения. Так получается score для каждого теста. Потом
эти очки берутся с какими-то весами и вычисляется "final score",
которое грубо характеризует общую "скорость" системы. Грубо -- потому
что, например, система с быстрым CPU, но относительно медленным
переключением контекста, медленным вводом/выводом, формально покажет
большое "final score", но при характерной нагрузке в жизни может быть
в среднем медленнее, чем система с более медленным CPU, но более
быстрыми fork/exec/pipe/read/write.
