«Спасибо, кэп!» ;) Вопрос был о том, не предусмотрено ли у нас, как
обычно, готового решения на этот счёт. Типа, там, какого-нибудь:
# echo "amd-testing-watermark-disable=yes" >> /etc/sysconfig/radeon
О, или ещё лучше:
# control radeon-beta hidden

А вот этот момент для меня не был разумеющимся. Если дистрибьютор
помещает драйвер в стабильную ветку, такие индикаторы у меня, как у
пользователя _стабильного_ бранча, вызывают никому не нужные вопросы.
Не в претензии, конечно. Сам факт наличия этого драйвера радует
несказанно. Огромное спасибо разработчикам, что сложили его в P7.
