Нет, патчей на conki не накладывается, а патч по не наложены и в
апстримном 1.10.3. Пожалуйста, заведите багу в http://bugs.altlinux.org
(Sisyphus|conki) на сборку новой версии conki (1.10.3) и прикладывание
патча:

Патч http://clsv.ru/uploads/2015/06/30/25/3616.patch уже приложен в 1.10.3.
