А чем сам LJ плох? Он GPL в части, обеспечивающей основную
функциональность; и я его ставил на ALM 2.4., без особенных, кажется,
проблем. Код берётся на http://livejournal.org/
Есть ещё NPJ (http://npj.ru/), он гораздо мощнее LiveJournal, имеет
вики-функциональность, поддержку расслылок, блоги с более удобным
интерфейсом, чем LJ и многое другое; авторы его и позиционировали как
блог- и вики-движок для корпоративных интранет-порталов.
С NPJ две беды а)он написан на PHP, со всеми проблемами последнего (в
частности, он, похоже, тормознее LJ и, кажется, хуже масштабируется)
б)проект, afaik, заморожен, хотя вроде и не брошен --- последний релиз
от лета прошлого года.
