В цитате выше этого не видно, про запуск ovz-template-converter ни
слова :( Если сделать строго по инструкции, то никаких "yum install" не
возникнет.

Спасибо, но в имени шаблона потерялась информация о системе
инициализации контейнера. Там не случайно был указан "-sysv", т.к. может
быть ещё "-systemd", причём, в последнем случае может быть как etcnet,
так и networkd, например :-)
А исходный rootfs будет alt-p9-дата...
