Я не понял, каких и где.
Какие нужны права доступа для работы ресолвинга (реализован в библиотеке
libresolv.so.2)?
Если это ответ касательно "permission denied" при запуске программ в
чрут, перевод сообщения я знаю. Права на файлы имеются (я скопировал
статические бинарники в /var/spool/postfix/bin с chmod 755)
