Нужно было в BIOS выключить.
По-необходимости надо было CMOS сбросить.
Зачем, рассказывать долго и необязательно.
Потом начал устанавливать стартеркит.
С последующим висом на инсталляции.
Сбросил.
Вернул в BIOS в
Floppy Drive [Disable]
из дефолтового
Floppy Drive [3.5" ]
и начал инсталляцию снова с завершением.
Себе потом сказал:
из-за дурной головы себе покоя нет.
