Я знаю, и пользовался этим в KDE3 (в 4.1). В KDE4 kkbswitch
интегрировали и нечаянно потеряли режим переключателя. Припомнится, на
первых порах я пробовал подружить KDE4 и kkbswitch, но огрёб кучу глюков
и бросил это занятие.
