Здравствуйте.
Видимо не все убрали, на вскидку:
/etc/pam.d/
тут в зависимости от того по какому гайду
/etc/ldap/ldap.conf
/etc/libnss-ldap.conf
/etc/pam_ldap.conf
Зайти под рутом(может дооолго заходить) и вернуть все в зад.
Для верности отпуржить те пакеты что ставили, типа libpam-ldap, libnss-ldap
Если через керберос, самбу... тоже все прошерстить.
