Нет, он умеет и больше. Если указывается более одного URI -- всю строку
надо брать в одинарные кавычки. В /etc/sysconfig/ldap есть примеры
- смотрите внимательнее на кол-во одинарных и двойных кавычек.

SLAPDURLLIST="ldap://localhost/"
SLAPDURLLIST="'ldap://localhost/ ldap://192.168.1.1 ldaps:///'"
