Странно. Почему-то все (почти) меню лежат там.

С этого и нужно было начинать, а не заходить с левого борта :-) Ничего
кривого тут нет - wine ставит программы локальному пользователю,
соответственно и менюшки будут у локального пользователя.
Как вариант - сделать ссылку на wine-вский "disk_c" в домашнем каталоге
пользователей ссылкой на какой-то общий диск/ресурс, тогда он у них
будет общим, вместе с менюхами. Мне так кажется.
