Есть у меня ноут старенький ibm650X и работал он с мастером 2.4 на борту под KDE
Захотелось мне новенького . Поставил на свою голову Lite
Ноут под XFCE в лайте работает медленее чем мастер 2.4 с KDE :(
грузиться щас вообще жесть ..можно успеть за хлебом сходить
так вот ..не работает звук . под мастером звук работал и под ALSA и под OSS
я использовал OSS ...меньше было глюков
для алсы использовал сделющее творение в modules.conf
alias char-major-116 snd
alias char-major-14 soundcore
alias sound-service-0-0 snd-mixer-oss
alias sound-service-0-1 snd-seq-oss
alias sound-service-0-3 snd-pcm-oss
alias sound-service-0-8 snd-seq-oss

alias sound-slot-0 snd-cs4232
options snd-cs4232 port=0x530 cport=0x538 isapnp=0 dma1=1 dma2=0 irq=5
для OSS
alias snd-card-0 cs4232
alias sound-slot-0 cs4232
options cs4232 io=0x530 irq=5 dma=1 dma2=0 mpuio=0x330 mpuirq=9
alias synth0 opl3
как я понял в 2.6 ветке OSS отсутствует как класс осталась только алса ...
так вот модуль не грузиться (щас под рукой ноута нет лог привести точный не могу)
при попытке загрузки матерится что автоконфигурирование не получилось .
Что делать дальше и куда копать ? погуглил . не нашел никакого рецепта :(
