не надо указывать путь, он сам найдет.
просто хидеры нужны от вашего ядра ,то бишь нужно поставить пакеты
kernel-headers-2.6.18-std-smp-alt6 и kernel-headers-modules-2.6.18-std-smp-alt6
а у вас как я понимаю стоят от 2.6.17
