да. Большинство kernel-modules либо вошло в
апстрим, либо перестало собираться с 2.6 :)

Если Гондурас беспокоит, то лучше его не
чесать ;)

замена autofs для сменных носителей. Чем-то

нет. Просто его будет вытеснять subfs, но
оно останется для специфичных задач
(например для nfs, где subfs не работает).
