Благодаря Motsyo Gennadi aka Drool SWAT заработал :) Я некоторые ошибки
допустил в xinetd.
Мне SWAT нужен только для просмотра кто лазит и где. Может кто знает
утилиту которая получше SWATа и тоже в HTML может отображать это.
