Какой? Я использую kkbswitch - в нем настройки по правоклику на его
значке. Или Вам нужно добавить/настроить раскладку? Тогда либо запустите
acc, там есть, либо руками подправить файл /etc/X11/xinit/Xkbmap, у меня
там так (переключаю левым Ctrl):
-layout us,ru,ua
-option grp:lctrl_toggle
-variant ,winkeys,winkeys
