А как именно не работает обращение к DNS-серверам провайдера? Т.е. что
делаете и что выходит из этого?
А они вообще работают у провайдера по тем адресам, что вам выдают? А что
если не с ними работать, а с локальным DNS, который будет обращаться к
корневым серверам?
