Поддержка осуществляется в рамках базового контракта, с к-рым
дистрибутив и поставляется. В рамках этого контракта предусматривается
поддержка в течении 60 дней с момента регистрации. Служба поддержки, как
правило, оказывает помощь по более широкому кругу вопросов, чем это
предусмотрено базовым контрактом. Если нужна поддержка другого уровня,
