Нет, опакеченного нету
Ставил сам, давно
если честно - мало что могу сказать
работает в связке с mysql
сам писал веб-интерфейс (только отображение)
не знаю, он виноват или нет, но показания расходятся с данными прова ~ на 10% (т.е. pmacct показывает больше чем провайдер)
могу только сказать что после установки/настройки я "забыл" про него, работает стабильно
