Что Вы сделали с подсетями.
Теперь это один сегмент?
Все клиенты "directly connected" или есть за маршрутизатором?

Запустите на этом клиенте nbtstat с нужным ключиком на предмет
мастер браузера, с которого тянется кэш имен и собственно кэша имен.
Есть ли в этом кэше Ваш сервер?
