Запускаем спасательный режим с диска. Логин -- root, далее команды:
#mkdir /mnt/disk
#mount -t ext3 /dev/hdax /mnt/disk (hdax - партишн, где смонтирован / ,
ext3 или Ваша файловая система)
#chroot /mnt/disk
и только потом
#lilo
