Prestige 645 - это который с интерфейсом Ethetnet. Пробовал его
выкл/вкл -- не помогало.

рвалось сразу же после устанления, как будто его kill ... Потом 5
сек задержка, (в скрипте там sleep 5) и все сначала...
И происходило это на _dial-in_ машине и под разными Линуксами.
