Надеюсь последняя проблема с текущей установкой. Что сделал не так при установке и естественно идти windows путем переустанавливать совершенно не хочется
В данный момент на панели в KDE вижу два переключателя раскладки клавиатуры
1. KDE keyboard tool, который реально переключает раскладку, то есть видит и русскую и английскую раскладку, но не может настроитьсв на переключение по горячим клавишам
2. Keyboard switch, который может быть настроен на переключения по горячим клавишам, но видит только одну раскладку
Дальше интереснее
Если KDE keyboard tool переключить в русский, то вторая программа начинает видить две раскладки и даже может переключаться между ними
Как победить проблему
