Это неправильно.

Вот это следствие предыдущего.
В итоге и не заработает.
Надо развернуть vmmon.tar и vmnet.tar и подправить
пути к header'ам в Makefile'ах.
Это уже обсуждалось и не раз в рассылке, ищите.
