Похоже force rewrite. Но точно смогу сказать - только после просмотра лога.
Пугает немного такое, никаких аварийных завершений - и на тебе...
> grep fsck /var/log/messages | less (выход -- q)
Выдаёт чистую страницу: снизу написано lines ? - ?? (END)
> если даже грязно выключили, но не было дикой дисковой активности

Ничего такого и в помине - нормальное завершение работы каждый раз.
