можно. Схема такая:
Back-up сервер под управлением Linux, клиенты управляются Linux-ом, и
парочка Windows 2003,
если коротко, то НО выглядит так - данные с Windows-клиента на
Linux-сервер стаскиваются,
но отресторить ихможно только на Windows-машину.
