Самба тут (почти) не при делах. Серверные версии виндов (NT, w2k, ...)
умеют ставить драйвера "на сервер", извиняюсь за тавтологию. Можно
ставить драйвера для кучи разных клиентов, разумеется, эти драйвера надо
иметь. Обычно они идут в комплекте с принтерами, иногда сгодятся родные
виндозные. На самбе должна быть шара [print$] с нужными правами, о чем
написано в доке. Вот оттуда клиенты смогут подтягивать драйвера.
