А вот что пишет Synaptic когда нажимаешь "Обновить список"
Release-файлы для некоторых репозиториев не могут быть получены или
проверены.
Такие репозитории игнорированы.
Не удалось загрузить некоторые индексные файлы, они были игнорированы или
предыдущие версии были использованы.
