Лучше видео нормальное поставьте. Сразу виснуть перестанет. У меня
подобная "мать" висла в режиме консоли пока не поставил отдельную
видяху.
Звук не отключал.
Просто стоило оставить тачку на какое-то время в консоли и баста. В
Х-ах никаких проблем. Но, переключился из них в консоль и снова
баста. Ну и отсутствие возможности запустить вторые Х-ы тоже
достало. Сейчас это уже "нормальный" Линукс. :) No problems.
