Вообще говоря режим UDMA определяет скорость на шине, но чаще всего
скорость лимитируется другими параметрами, особенно временем поиска сектора.
В результате, когда появились UDMA/100 винты, некоторые (если не
большинство) из них в этом режиме не дотягивали по скорости до
спецификации UDMA/66
