Нет-нет!
libhnj разработал Raph Levien на основе алгоритма Кнута.
nidd довольно заметно ее переделал для OOo, в частности, исправив
некоторые баги, существенные для неагнглийских переносов.
То есть лучше всего брать libhnj с модификациями nidd из OOo.
