Если отправлять письма индивидуально каждому пользователю по SMTP (или
через WEB), а
получать по POP/IMAP, то достаточно SNAT, плюс форвардинг, плюс правила
фильтрации.
Но, если есть 4 статических IP само напрашивается настроить собственные
DNS и MAIL.
