План действий:
1. Делаем то, что написано здесь:

1А. Заливка рпм-эмок осуществляется путем монтирования ваших
исошников.
2. в файле /etc/apt/source.list делаете соответствующие изменения
3. apt-get update и наслаждаетесь работой апта.
ЗЫ. Все это легко делается если у вас достаточно места на диске,
чтобы слить все исошники в одну папку.
