Никаких оболечек писать не надо в ~/.bashrc надо добавить строчку
alias mplay='__GL_SYNC_TO_VBLANK=1 __GL_DEFAULT_LOG_ANISO=1
__GL_FSAA_MODE=4 mplayer -double -autoq 6 -vop eq=10:1 -vop pp=hb:y/vb:y
-vo gl2 -fs'
А потом запускать фильмы mplay <имя_файла> или mplay -dvd <titleno>
