1. что говорит
stty -a на /dev/ttyS0 ?
2. что говорит
ls -l на /dev/ttyS0 ?
3. что говорит команда
groups для юзера, от которого Вы ДОСЕМу пускаете ?
4. /dev/ttyS0 не занять никаким приложением ?
