примерно так:
#find /usr |cpio -o| bzip2 -9 -c > /tmp/usr.cpio.bz2 ; cdrecord
/tmp/usr.cpio.bz2
прочитайте http://docs.altlinux.ru/admin там где про клонирование
дистрибутива.
А вот _переустановка_ это не про Linux :)
